The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with functional amenities. The hotel location was convenient, being close to local shops and restaurants. The beach was also nearby and easily accessible.
The customer service was poor, with staff being unresponsive and unaware of guest needs. The breakfast provided was lackluster and not of good quality.

Located just across from the beach, this hotel is in a quiet location on the Jomtien beach road away from the busy crowd of the city. the friendly staff and variety of breakfast foods is praised by guests. Some rooms may offer a view of the sea, and there are nearby seafood restaurants to try.
Some guests experienced poorly-maintained swimming pools.

The hotel offered free Christmas Eve dinner and an impressive fireworks display. the location was close to the beach and had several restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was quite small and the bathroom had a distinct odor. the pool area was crowded and not very clean.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I could easily walk to the beach within minutes. Additionally, there were many authentic Thai food places nearby which was great. The hotel was also very clean and the bed was comfy.
